FAQ

Questions worth asking.

Short answers, including the ones that are not flattering.

Is the bench live?

Not yet. These pages are a preview. The vault and its token contracts are not deployed, and the bench log on the home page is a sample, not real figures.

Is there an APY?

No fixed number. The bench pays out what its positions actually earn, in ETH, and shows the log. Anyone quoting you a rate on this is not us.

Where is the contract?

Nowhere yet. The address will be published on this site first, nowhere else. Treat every other source as fake until it matches this one.

Who holds the admin key?

Nobody. The key is given up inside the launch transaction, so the owner address reads as zero from the first block. There is no switch to flip later.

What happens if a pool dies?

The position stops earning. The bench can re-cut into another pool on the written rule, but nobody can withdraw the liquidity to somewhere else.

Why burn the liquidity instead of locking it?

A lock is a promise with a date on it, and someone still holds the key until that date. A burn is finished the moment the launch transaction confirms. We give up the pool fees on the burnt position to make that true.

Can I get my ETH back?

The ticket is a claim on fees, not a redemption right against the pool. You exit the same way you enter: by trading the ticket.
